I don't know to push the work into GitHub 😣 . . . 📍 Travelling back to 2021, when I was in my 3rd year of my college I was asked to apply for internships in Internshala. I have created my own resume and started applying but guess what, I was not shortlisted in any of the company. Then I figured out that I had no proof of work in my resume. I had 2 projects in Java but my GitHub account was empty since I didn't know how to push the work into GitHub. I felt the necessity of GitHub at that point of time. 📍 Once I learnt these 5 simple steps to push my works into GitHub, I pushed both the projects and I was getting shortlisted. Proof of work is very much necessary when it comes to getting yourself ahead of others in the race. So learn to push your work into remote repositories so that your visibility is huge online. I remembered when I first started coding. GitHub gave me more headaches than coding itself. Haven’t reached GitHub black belt level yet but with the desktop app and extension in VS Code it has allowed me to focus on what actually matters, bugs in my code. 😆
