𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝐾𝑒𝑦 𝑡𝑜 𝐷𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑔𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑊𝑜𝑟𝑘𝑠ℎ𝑜𝑝𝑠 𝑇ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝐴𝑐𝑡𝑢𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 𝑊𝑜𝑟𝑘 When I first started designing learning experiences, I thought it was all about the content. But I quickly learned that it’s not about what you teach, it’s about how you connect. That’s why I focus on empathetic design. Instead of simply creating content, I focus on the person on the other side of the screen; -their needs -their learning style, -and how I can engage them. This approach isn’t just about selling courses or workshops. It’s about creating something that transforms. If you want to create something your audience will love: Think about what they need, not just what you want Ready to get started? Webinars and Seminars: Are They Becoming More About Photos Than Quality Content? 📸 In recent times, it seems like many webinars, seminars, and events organized by professional bodies and institutes focus more on photo sessions and visuals rather than delivering valuable content. While images are important for marketing and engagement, the real purpose of these events should be to provide quality material that fosters learning and growth. Have you noticed this trend? Do you think the focus is shifting from substance to style? Let's discuss! #Webinars #Seminars #ProfessionalDevelopment #InstituteMagazine #QualityOverHype #LearningMatters #ContinuousImprovement

Day 5 : 3 Planning tips, before you make your Workshop Presentation. (do not skip) Before opening ppt software, take a pen and paper and figure these out. This is Day 5 of me learning "digital writing" on LinkedIn and recently I've been studying *high ticket* <Workshop Design>. Here are the top takeaways. 1. Who is my audience? - Researching on who your audience is would enable you to personalize their workshop experience and make it way more engaging and immersive. - - When they enter the workshop, welcome them, let them introduce themselves and let them interact and mingle, it would really uplift their experience, that feeling of connection and friendship can even turn an average workshop into a wonderful one. 2. When they'll be getting breaks? - It's important especially online, to give audience time to digest the info and soak it in, while also reducing fatigue. It's really recommended to have lil snacks if it's offline and mini games if online. A good recharge right? 3. What they'll learn. - Workshops are not courses. They cannot be information intensive. They should be miniature hands on experiences with only most necessary info to give audience (just) taste of the craft at hand. If they enjoy it, take them down the funnel route. Once you are prepared and clear about these, now you can start prepping the content. #workshoplearning #workshopexperience #workshopsuccess #writingjourney
