I have a system that combines 2 tools: ⚡️ Notion → to write and store posts ⚡️ Make → to automate posting on LinkedIn Here is what this system aims to achieve - Gather ideas - Automate the publishing process - Remind you to evaluate old post - Show 🏆 best performing posts 🏆 - Gather them in one place for reuse - Keep in view relevant items only That's quite a bit in comparison to your regular database. 😉 So if you want to make posting easier, keep this in mind: - You need to filter out the noise. - And bring together what is relevant for you! "How do you stay so consistent?" The honest answer is, if I were planning my content day-by-day, I'd NEVER be able to keep up at the level I do! Instead, I follow these 4 steps. - I organize! Trello is my favorite way to plan my marketing and to make plans with dates, deadlines, and goals. - I prioritize! Each day, I choose just THREE tasks to complete. If I finish my three most important tasks quickly, I add a few "quick wins" to my day. - I avoid perfectionism! Yes, content should look good. But not EVERY piece of marketing or content will be absolutely perfect. Especially when you produce content daily. Keep an eye on what's working, what's not working, and pivot based on the results you see. - I set realistic goals! Three daily tasks are MORE than enough to keep my schedule busy without draining me, or causing "guilt" when I can't complete a task. If I get everything done, cool! Yesterday I was searching across the web and got some fresh insights on it.. ⛳️ Here’s how SMART work is defined: S- Specific M- Measurable A- Achievable R- Relevant T- Time-Bound ✅This approach really sounds logical to me and if we execute according to it, it really cuts the outside noise and helps us in achieving our goals smartly. So what? 🤔 A method I swear by. When you're writing your content, don't just sell to your audience, don't just talk about the features of your product or service. Go deeper. Always use the 'So what?' method and tell your audience about the benefits of those features. Instead of merely stating "We offer a wide variety of flower arrangements," ask yourself, "So what?" The answer might be: "Our wide variety of flower arrangements ensures that you can find the perfect bouquet for any occasion, from birthdays to weddings, helping you express your emotions and create memorable moments that last a lifetime." By applying the 'So what?' method, you're not just showcasing your range of products; you're emphasising how they enrich and enhance life's special moments, making them more meaningful and memorable. It's not just about the blooms; it's about the emotions they convey. 🌼 Instead of just stating "Our software has a user-friendly interface," ask yourself, "So what?" The answer might be: "Our software's user-friendly interface saves you time and frustration, allowing you to focus on your work rather than struggling with complicated navigation." Spending more time scrolling than posting? 🤔 I hate to break it to you, but ideas won’t come to you via endless scrolling. You’ll not only waste time, you’ll potentially waste money because you’re not being productive. Instead of endless scrolling, get endless ideas by listening to your clients - their queries, phone calls, emails etc. Listen to their problems and think about the ways you’re helping them already, then create content that answers their questions and/or helps them out to get closer to finding their solution.
