This article by Angad Makkar for IPRMENTLAW very precisely covers the amendments in the Bill. Do read it. The most interesting point is the addition of OTT in the definition of Broadcaster. I believe this one step among many, to bring OTT under the same line of scrutiny as television broadcasters are today. I am personally not in favour of this change, and there might be some push back in the future.
