Why are you still competing? You can't beat Google and YouTube. Yes, those are your biggest competitors, but not for the reason you think. You're competing with free content. Folx who've already made a name for themselves are giving out free advice and your potential client is gorging on it. Maybe gorging isn't the right word. But they do want to know enough to DIY Or just enough to get a cheaper price As a service-based Founder who's been in the game for a while, you know these folx don't know what you know. Unlike them, you're battled tested and scarred, not YouTube and Google educated. And yet, you're convinced free works Does it really or is it just feeding the machine Freebies are everywhere and like a kid collecting stickers, folx download freebies and forget about them. Those who are lazy competitors revamp and use freebies as their own. Not only that... They follow you home and subscribe Until they don't wanna be sold too, then they unsubscribe So why not take competition out of the equation? There is no competition at the personal brand level. But there is growth, scaling, and expansion potential, if you choose strategy over authenticity.
