The INCOG team participated in the Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge this past weekend. We had a fantastic time participating in several athletic events (cycling is our favorite) while continuing to bond as a team!
Whether it's dodgeball or helping our customers, we know how to react to the many complex situations we face. We all strive to be as quick on our feet as our MSAT Director Dhaval Patel, MS-Pharm Mfg/Eng! And the great photo was provided by our very own Komail Quraish, CSP. We love the wide-ranging talents that our team has to offer!
If you're interested in joining a talented crew, we are looking for experienced professionals in a number of disciplines. Please visit our Careers Page to learn more!

I am thrilled to announce that I completed the course of Introduction to Drug Hunting by Novartis.
This course summerized the different steps of preclinical drug discovery, wrapping up with a brief description of the subsequent clinical trials and the importance of competative intelligence in project strategy. It provided a high-level overview for those interested in a more general understanding of the topic and forms the foundation for a more in-depth exploration topics in clinical trials.
I am excited to apply these new skills and insight to real-world projects and continue exploring the fantastic world of drug hunting and clinical research.

2019 was a lungworm success story - at least for us at the VMAs!
Two winning campaigns for Advocate but both very different in approach. Find out how we came up with the award-winning concepts.

📰 📰 ⚡ The news is out! 📰 📰 ⚡
I am officially a part of the Vector family.
On top of those highlighted skills in Jack Shute's post, I thought I'd share a bit more here:
👩🔬 - I am a BIG nerd, I love research articles, video games, board games, and will absolutely want to fully understand what YOU do in your cool science jobs.
🦕 - I am a proud neurodiverse millennial, and truly believe my ADHD has made me great at my job (most of the time), as science is my "special interest", but I will absolutely fight for equality, and advocate for safe spaces in all of my client / candidate interactions.
🐱 🐶 - I love my pets, and all animals, and fundraise for animals out in desperately bad welfare countries like the UAE, or those caught in the current affairs of Gaza. So if you see any of these posts in the future, please support me in helping the voiceless!
🏃♀️ - Following having a lobectomy in 2019, I am relearning how to run! I've followed and failed the C25K a couple of times, but I am a big believer in picking yourself up, and I am proud to say I am now back on track for a fastish 5km soon! I'd appreciate any running tips, or parkrun buddies in the Manchester area.
🔭 🌏 - I am a Geophysicist by background, and spent time making python programmes, and hiking up volcanoes to "observe" them, but I am also obsessed with space, and the stars, and in another smarter life I would have absolutely become an astrophysicist.
There is plenty more to come, but I'll leave it at that!
Please follow, and connect with me to follow this journey - I will be looking to expand my network further into the CDMO/ CRO / Pharmaceutical space, and grow this platform.
For those who haven't seen my other post - Vector provide a solution that meshes together an amazing talent acquisition / recruitment process training platform with a true business partner approach to executive recruitment. I can't wait to see what we achieve with these powerful tools - Thanks for having me Neil Kelly, Marianne G. and Jack Shute#businessgrowth#pharmaceutical#neurodiverse#Executivesearch

Welcome to the team Amelia, it's great to have you with us!
I am really happy to share that I have successfully completed Introduction to Drug Hunting course authorized by Novartis and Davidson College. 1/6 completed🤓 The others soon 😊
Some topics of the course:
The different steps of preclinical drug discovery and clinical trials; introduction to the subject of drug hunting, lead optimization, unmet medical need etc. CourseraNovartisDavidson College#drugdiscovery#drughunting#pharmacology
Started a specialization course offered by Novartis. Though it mainly focuses on small molecules rather than biologics, the basic pipeline of drug discovery and drug development remains the same! I certainly learned something new!
What I found most interesting was the SwissADME tool ( http://swissadme.ch/ ) which uses predictive modelling to estimate pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) properties of lead small molecule candidates.
Another course to deep dive into the Drug hunting process, to understand this process more closely as there are so many factors influencing the process of drug discovery/hunting. This course comes from one of the prominent pharmaceutical manufacturer and innovation driven company Novartis and the course basically summarizes the different steps of pre-clinical drug discovery, unmet medical needs, optimising lead selection and the importance of competitive intelligence giving me another perspective of this whole process.
