Right from when we started equentis in 2015 until today, in 2024; we have been committed to creating an environment where every team member's mental and physical well-being is prioritised.
Today, I'd like to share with you an exciting new HR initiative that we've launched, "Sampark Dil Se." Let me break it down for you.
The Sampark initiative aims to connect us on a deeper level, both professionally and personally.
Because in a fast-paced, high-growth environment like ours, it's easy to feel disconnected from the larger picture and the people around us.
"Sampark Dil Se" serves as a platform designed to amplify your voices and foster stronger connections within our Equentis family. Here's how it works:
1. Dil ki baat:
We've placed "Sampark Dil Se" boxes on every floor, in every location. Our colleagues can feel free to drop in their thoughts, ideas, or concerns, whether it's about business, operational improvements, or even personal reflections on mental and physical well-being.
2. Anonymity assured:
Our colleagues can choose to remain anonymous if they prefer. We want them to feel comfortable sharing their candid thoughts without any hesitation.
3. Open to all:
Business-related, personal, or just a casual chat—no topic is off-limits. We want to hear from them about anything and everything that's on their minds.
4. Let's get talking:
Every week, we'll kick off a new session where we'll discuss the ideas and questions they've shared. This is the chance to have their voice heard and be a part of shaping our company's future.
Research shows that companies with open communication and strong employee engagement are 21% more profitable than their counterparts.
But let's not forget the most important factor – their mental and physical well-being.
That's why I'm committed to ensuring that "Sampark Dil Se" also serves as a platform to discuss and address issues related to their overall well-being.
