Founder & Inventor EndoSure Inc. FemTech, CEO, 3CPM Company, Inc. Director, Noar Foundation, Director Endometriosis and Neuroenterology Institute. Serial Medical Device Inventor & Developer
I feel so honored to be part of such a dynamic and brilliant group of innovators! As I review the broadness and diversity of each company's talented management as well as individual innovations, I feel that there is some room for optimism in being able to not only diagnose, treat and eventually eliminate this devastating disease. Another thought provoking idea is much like when we look at the sky on a clear moonless night we can see individual stars, but at the same time we can connect those stars to make constellations. Imagine if we could take the combined brilliance of all of these companies and add the synergy of each one together into one large constellation of knowledge and deliverables to the women who suffer from #endometriosis. I can foresee a day when diagnostic testing like #Endosure or #Ziwig or #Afyinia could have their results interface with and displayed in #CHARLI or others, or used by #PelvicSense to diagnose elusive pelvic pain. Let us all pledge to work together and discover the synergy to all move forward strongly against the sometime illogical resistance, in the service of both those that suffer from this disease and care for them.

Dear Network, FALS is proud to support Medicortex Finland Oyj, a promising MedTech in its €5M fundraising 🧠 Medicortex is a game changer in the field of brain concussion or head injury diagnostic 🏥 The MedTech has developed a simple device using saliva or urine to detect concussion 💡 Clinical studies confirm this is revolutionary: faster (10min), more affordable (€50 per test) and as accurate as an MRI ! 🇺🇸 US Dept of Defense has validated the technology with a $3.4M contribution to Medicortex. In case of a blast involving several soldiers, the device determines the soldiers requiring immediate treatment. Lifesaving device. Device is targeted also for day-to-day injury, contact sports and so on… 💸 We are on the market to raise €5M in order to initiate manufacturing of the device together with more comprehensive clinical trials. Business Finlandhas also approved a €0.4M grant if we quickly raise 0.2M€. Feel free to reach out for more info Current instructions and materials for investors are available at: https://lnkd.in/eTexMDES A public release on the subject : https://lnkd.in/e5D7HY3H PJ #medtech #innovation #brainhealth #fundraising

The life and work of Imperial College London alumnus, Sir Michael Uren, has transformed life-changing research at his former university. ISG delivered the Sir Michael Uren Hub: A world-leading space for collaboration on the latest advancements in medicine, taking healthcare to uncharted territories. Sir Michael Uren donated £40m towards the building – the largest donation to a London university made by an alumnus. Discover his story 👇 https://ow.ly/Smt850SIWfM The Sir Michael Uren Hub is an example of how appropriate space to innovate can enhance an organisation’s productivity. The space was designed as a collaborative multi-disciplinary facility. It provides appropriate space for Imperial’s world-leading researchers, engineers, scientists and clinicians to drive the clinical translation of MedTech innovation through integrated clinical and imaging facilities, due to its close proximity to Hammersmith Hospital. ISG’s latest report, ‘Space to innovate: A formula for prosperity’, explores the link between appropriate innovation space and productivity. For-Profit? Non-Profit? Not-for-Profit? We have room in our hearts for all of these business models! 🥳 Let's take a minute today to focus on just one-the "Not-for-Profit" space. More specifically, research hospitals 🧪🥽 "Wait, what exactly happens in a 'research hospital'?" Great question! While a lot of things can happen in a research hospital, the main activity is (you guessed it) - research, such as the research involved in disease reduction 🤖 "Okay, but what does this have to do with Mosaic, your premier Sample Management platform?" Another great question! In a research hospital, Mosaic can be used to improve the processes surrounding things like 🚀 Research Compounds, and 💥 Clinical Sample Tracking We couldn't have said it any better than Newcastle University when they described how useful Mosaic has been for their organization: "Because of the Human Tissue Act, we need to be able to do audits. So we need to be able to say how many of each type of sample we actually have stored, and where the specific locations of those are. So the system is very good because we can actually pull out that information and we know exactly where each single sample is from each single individual, and we know how many types of different sample we've got." Check out this link to our resource centre to read all about how Mosaic is used in the not-for-profit space! 🥽🧬 https://hubs.ly/Q02wz9Kt0 #samplemanagement #lifesciences #research #compliance #titianmosaic
