Tapping into food trends doesn't have to be a complex project. For example, 'Swicy' (sweet and spicy) food is currently taking the foodservice industry by storm. Chefs could add a sprinkle of chilli flakes into honey for some DIY hot honey, and drizzle over desserts, et voila! #foodtrends #menuinspiration #swicy #swicyfood

CHARCUTERIE | is the art of preparing and assembling cured meats, originating from French culinary tradition. It primarily involves meats like ham, sausages, pâté, and terrines, which are preserved through methods such as salting, smoking, or curing. Traditionally, charcuterie was developed as a way to extend the shelf life of meat, particularly pork. Nowadays, charcuterie is often presented as a charcuterie board, a popular appetizer or snack platter featuring an assortment of cured meats, cheeses, bread, crackers, fruits, nuts, and sometimes spreads like mustard or jams. It's a versatile and visually appealing way to serve food for gatherings or special occasions. #smokedmeat #curedmeat #dryaged #nuts #honey #quinoa

Here's something... Restaurants aren’t just competing against each other, but also against the allure of home-cooked meals. While some consumers love customizing chicken dishes at home, there’s a golden opportunity to win them over when they step into a foodservice establishment. From crispy fried chicken to gourmet grilled creations, dishes that meet the value demands of consumers will keep them coming back for more. Chicken’s versatility makes it any restaurant’s secret weapon! 🥩 How to Cook the Perfect Steak 🥩 Cooking a great steak starts with premium, grass-fed beef. Here’s a simple guide to help you get that restaurant-quality sear at home with Gaughran Cattle Company’s grass-fed American Aberdeen beef: 🔪 Steps to a Perfect Steak: Season Generously – Use salt, pepper, and a touch of olive oil on both sides. Let it rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Sear on High Heat – Heat your skillet or grill until it’s almost smoking. Sear each side for 3-4 minutes to lock in those juices. Finish to Desired Temperature – For medium-rare, cook until the internal temp reaches 130°F. Adjust to your preference. Let It Rest – Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy the rich, full flavor that only grass-fed beef can offer. 🌿 🌿 Taste the Pasture. 🌿 🥩 DM/msg us for more info on availability and how to get Gaughran’s grass-fed beef for your next meal! #HowToCookSteak #GrassFedBeef #FarmToTable #SteakLovers #GaughranCattle

Happy Friday!! 😀 IT'S FOOTBALL🏈 SEASON!! Author | C. Knighten Recipe | The Pioneer Woman This is my favorite season.....football 🏈 season!! It not only heralds in the Fall 🍂 ....though it is brief here.....but it also brings with it warm and yummy comfort foods!! From lasagna, spaghetti to beef stew....there are lots of different foods that qualify! While nachos are a year-round favorite, this recipe is easy enough to share! Depending on the crowd you expect, I would probably plan for two to three pans full.....these are very yummy!! 😋 Grilled Barbecue Chicken Nachos!! Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes Yield: 8-10 INGREDIENTS: 🔺4 c. shredded rotisserie chicken (makes this easier) 🔺1 c. barbecue sauce 🔺1 12-ounce bag tortilla chips 🔺2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 🔺1/2 c. pickled jalapeños 🔺Sour cream, pico de gallo, sliced scallions, and sour cream, for topping DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce in a large skillet until hot and bubbling, about 10 minutes. 2. Spread half of the tortilla chips in the bottom of a large disposable aluminum baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the chicken mixture, 1 cup shredded cheddar and ¼ cup pickled jalapeños. Repeat with the remaining chips, chicken, cheese, and jalapeños. 3. Cover with foil and grill over medium-high heat until melted, about 10 minutes. SERVING: 🔺Top with sour cream, pico de gallo, sliced scallions and chopped cilantro. 🔺Or, sit the toppings out so your guests can pick and choose their own! Either way, this is easy, delicious and something different.....not just your typical pizza! Have a great weekend and enjoy your football team!!🏈🏈 #deancommercialrealestate #commercialrealestate #propertymanagement #investors #retail #medicaloffices #leases #propertyinvestors #warehouses #huntsville #madison #athens
