In a survey of his many followers on X, Conor Pope asked about their experiences of parcel delivery. Conor’s call-out got a huge response from business and consumers. Customers need to take more control over how and when they receive their orders. Furthermore individuals must take more responsibility for the carbon emissions caused by their consumption. 50% of cost and carbon of parcel delivery are committed in the final mile. Yesterday we visited a restaurant that needs 8 POS stations replaced. The current units work for the most part, but the support is terrible and they are frustrated and fed up. Think about this; a new prospect is walking away from thousands of dollars in equipment because when it matters most they can't get support.
