The transition from spring to summer brings a deluge of CONs, such as Stealthcon, PivotCon, and the upcoming DefCon. Most of these CONs have a decidedly Western-leaning, and you don't often don't see a representation of those from other parts of the world, so when I recently saw Shanghai's GeekCon with sponsorship by many Chinese Tech companies, I was admittedly curious. If you're ready for it, then you're late already. My company HEX officially launched in August, and we weren't 100 percent ready. For some people, we were too fast and could have held on. For us, it was the best move because we get to build every day which is getting us closer to our goals. In the last 3 months, we've: - added new employees. - satisfied our clients more. - met more potential clients here. - created a system and work culture. - had more clarity on where we are going. - tried a few things, learned from them, and now thriving more. Etc. There is no such thing as "perfect timing" because the more you wait, the more opportunities you tend to miss. That's why we also tell our clients never to procrastinate bringing their creative ideas to life because a lot can change by doing it "NOW". There are few days left in this year. What can you do now? Write it down and start taking action on it now

𝑹𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒆𝒅 𝟏𝟎𝟑𝒓𝒅 𝑮𝒍𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒐 𝑼𝑪 𝑩𝒆𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒚 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: 𝑷𝒍𝒖𝒔 𝒂 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒕-𝑶𝒖𝒕! 📣 I'm absolutely excited to share that our team, 𝗦𝗦𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, made it into the 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟭𝟬𝟯 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 🌍 in this highly competitive and prestigious challenge. The road wasn’t easy, every problem tested us 🧠, but the experience has been nothing short of amazing and truly fulfilling. This competition wasn’t just about coding, it was about perseverance. One of the problems we faced took 𝟮𝟮 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to solve, but we didn’t stop. The 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 recognized this in their email, saying, “𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙠𝙚𝙮!”And it really is. 🗝️ Our key takeaway?
