Two ways of starting working with analytics. I won’t even tell you about the importance of having analytic tools on your app: analytics is a must if you wish to develop a successful one! But there are ways of implementing it. Just recently, I had two different cases regarding analytics. One client wasn't building his first app, so he asked us to implement analytic tools from the beginning. Another one decided to save the budget on integrating analytic tools and paying for their subscription. But anyway — after some time, he came back asking to implement analytic tools because he spotted some issues: some users downloaded his app and deleted it from their devices. And he wanted to know why. Analytics will tell a lot about your users' behavior. It will also give you info about problematic points in your flow, so you’ll have a chance to fix them and improve your business results. Maybe your registration process is too complicated? Maybe some screens aren’t so informative? Maybe your design or copy is frustrating? Analytics will turn all these “maybes” into knowledge points. If you’ve got any issues in your flow, you’d better know it from the beginning.

My product/website analytics tool stack is looking a bit dusty. What's your go to tool or service when it comes to gathering and analysing behavioural insights in your apps or sites? Here's a few I've looked at or used before, but looking for my network's insight and suggestions: * Plausible - Not used it but heard good things. Looks like a nice, simple alternative to Google Analytics. Possibility for self-hosting a plus. * Pendo - Didn't particularly like it for the insights gathering, but loved it for the Messaging and Surveying. Has it improved? * FullStory - Didn't much use it for analytics, but it was an absolute godsend for troubleshooting customer issues, launch war rooms, and literally seeing where users struggled in an app. * Mixpanel - Bit of an OG perhaps, is it showing its age by now and there's better alternatives, or still the go to?

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: •The average customer rating stands at 𝟯.𝟵, providing valuable insights into service satisfaction. 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: •Tier 3 outlets dominate sales with $𝟰𝟳𝟮.𝟭𝗞, followed by Tier 2 and Tier 1. •Sales trends over the years highlight critical growth periods. 𝗧𝗼𝗽-𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: •Fruits, Snacks, and Household items are leading in sales, reflecting customer preferences. 𝗙𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀: •Comparison of Low Fat and Regular Fat product sales by outlet tiers.
