Another end of the year has been whispering around. What incredible year! Uncountable ups and downs - more ups than downs though.
Have achieved 10 years at Ventana Serra Brazil and starting a new position at Ventana Serra USA it's definitely a remarkable milestone to celebrate this anniversary and special year.

Today, companies still have a major bottleneck ahead with inflexible and variable exchange rates; drop in freight rates; higher searchings for domestic consumption. The trend is that 2025 will begin to show an improvement in profitability numbers and indices, cargo volume and revenue.
I can greatly celebrate a unique year with:
*over 500 tons of cargoes shipped by air through 2024.
*over 300 containers shipped through 2024.
*over 100 luxury cars only in 2024, including the one and only Bugatti Chiron and the last La Ferrari manufactered in the world.
I appreciate every single effort from my team in Brazil and USA; all the suppliers I have worked with; all my clients who have trusted me...
I wish you all a great and splendid new year.
I hope we keep moving it together in 2025 and building this magnific path.

This month I celebrate my two-year anniversary at Lotus Cars Ltd. and I find myself reflecting on the journey we've undertaken together.
The journey over the last 2 years has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my career. We faced uncertain times, made tough decisions, and navigated uncharted waters. Yet, through it all, what stands out most is the unwavering commitment and resilience of our team.
Their willingness to embrace new ideas, push boundaries, and strive for excellence has been nothing short of inspiring.
When I first stepped into my role, I knew that the path ahead wouldn't be easy, but I also knew that with the right people and right approaches, anything was possible!
The transformation journey for me has been about more than just implementing new systems and processes, it's been about fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As I look to the future, I am filled with excitement and optimism. We've laid a strong foundation, but our journey is far from over. The last two years have shown me that together, we can achieve extraordinary things, and I am more committed than ever to supporting our teams through the next chapter of our growth.
Here's to the incredible progress we've made and to the many achievements that lie ahead. Together, we will continue to innovate, excel, and make a lasting impact!

The collaboration between Joby Aviation and Toyota Motor Corporation marks a groundbreaking step in urban air mobility, blending visionary ambition with engineering excellence. Joby, a pioneer in electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, recently celebrated the successful maiden flight of their air taxi—a major milestone toward transforming city travel. This partnership aligns with Joby’s mission to offer sustainable, efficient urban air transit and reflects a shared commitment to reducing congestion and emissions.
Toyota’s role transcends mere investment. Renowned for its manufacturing expertise, Toyota brings invaluable know-how in quality control, process optimization, and scalability. By integrating Toyota’s precision-driven approach, Joby is better positioned to move beyond prototypes and towards mass production, ensuring the aircraft’s safety, reliability, and viability for widespread use.
This eVTOL aircraft—quiet, zero-emission, and designed for seamless urban navigation—represents the future of urban mobility, a world where air taxis lift passengers above traffic jams and transport them swiftly, sustainably, and efficiently. Toyota’s involvement underscores the project’s rigor, while Joby’s visionary approach sets the path for cities of the future. Together, they are poised to redefine the skyline, setting the stage for a truly innovative mode of transport and a new era in urban connectivity.

🗾 🛩️ With Mount Fuji as our backdrop, we completed our first ever international flight earlier this week, celebrating nearly seven years of collaboration between Toyota Motor Corporation and Joby.
Taking off from the Toyota Technical Center in Higashi-Fuji, we were able to demonstrate the low acoustic footprint of our aircraft and welcome guests including Akio Toyoda, Chairman of Toyota Motor Corporation, Ted Ogawa, CEO of Toyota North America, and Hiroki Nakajima, CTO.
We’re incredibly grateful to be working side-by-side with the world’s largest automaker as we realize our shared vision for the future of mobility and look forward to taking the next step on our journey together.
My dad told me that nothing comes easy and it's through sheer hard work and differentiated value (providing intensive insights and recommendations) enabling us to bring the GOLD award home for the best measurement and evaluation analysis.

Last week CARMA attended the #PRCA APAC Awards. I'm pleased to share that this year our work with Nissan Motor Corporation won the Measurement & Evaluation award! 🏆
This makes it our fourth year in a row of winning the award. Previously, CARMA won this award together with BMW Group Asia, and L’Occitane Malaysia 🤩
I'm happy that the hard work of my colleagues is continuously recognised, and it definitely is something to be celebrated.
Very proud to be part of the CARMA family 🧡
🚘🔌 In the fast-evolving world of luxury electric vehicles (EVs), we're seeing a significant shift in market dynamics. Recent data by the team at carsales.com.au highlights a sharp decline in the resale values of high-end electric cars, a trend sparking conversations across the industry. Despite the challenges, this offers an opportunity for consumers looking for premium EVs at more accessible prices.

🪽 A Milestone in Joby’s Journey: Joby’s First Flight Outside the US 🗾
Speech from JoeBen Bevirt, Founder and CEO of Joby (shortened version.)
On 4th Nov. marks a significant milestone in our journey as Joby successfully conducted its first flight outside the United States. Developing electric air taxi to carry a pilot and four passengers, offering high-speed mobility (upto approx. 320 km per hour) with zero operating emissions and a fraction of noise, has been a lifelong dream of mine. Growing up in the redwood forests of Santa Cruz, California, I walked several kilometers to school every day. During those long walks, I envisioned new modes of transportation that could move swiftly and silently through the air while preserving the beautiful environment we live in.
My relationship with Toyota goes back further than you might think. In 1991, I bought my first car, a blue Toyota truck, because of its reputation for reliability. I cherished that truck for many years, and it became a beloved companion for the small team of engineers who gathered to establish Joby. Today, Joby has grown to over 2,000 employees, but that truck still runs around our premises, nearing 200,000 miles.
Mr. Toyoda shared his grandfather’s passion for the skies and his vision of becoming the world’s most trusted mobility service provider. Since then, we have walked this path together, striving to realize that vision.
Toyota has invested in Joby multiple times, but more importantly, they have supported us in production. They have assisted in tool design, advised on factory layouts, and supplied parts for our aircraft. They are the ideal supporters for us. Leveraging Toyota’s experience and knowledge has been incredibly fortunate, and words cannot express how crucial they have been to our success.
Joby’s ambitions are not small. We aim to change the world and revolutionize how people live and travel, much like Toyota has done over the past 87 years. We look forward to a future where air travel is commonplace and has a smaller environmental footprint. We envision a world where we can avoid urban congestion and connect regions without highways, allowing us to spend more time with the people and places we care about.
