I wasn't just an extern - I honed my skills in both secondary and primary research, becoming an insights pro! ️♀️ Identifying the competition: Through market intelligence, I unearthed key competitors for a specific product, helping Paragon One gain a clear understanding of the landscape. Unlocking user needs: I went beyond competitor analysis - I conducted in-depth interviews with students across the globe, uncovering valuable insights into their needs and preferences. This diverse experience also boosted my cultural awareness! Leveraging AI for impact: A highlight? Developing an AI-powered outreach and interview strategy. By personalizing messages and tailoring questions, I increased interview responses by 30% and attracted a wider talent pool. This internship was more than just learning - it was about growth. I'm back everyone, better than ever I’ve been completely immersed in an intense learning experience! last week Friday marked the end of my SWEP 200 (Student Work Experience Scheme) journey, and what an incredible experience it has been! 🎉 It was challenging at times, but also incredibly engaging and rewarding.
