At HumanOS, we take great pride in the care and intention we bring to everything we do to educate, inspire, and support our customers. Each year, our team dedicates significant time to carefully curating our masterclass schedule, ensuring we cover the most important and often challenging topics. Our customers choose to invest in us because they want to invest in their people—meaningfully and proactively. It’s then our responsibility to support their teams, helping them invest in their own personal growth. When individuals invest in themselves, it transforms how they show up in both life and work—impacting not only their performance but also shaping company culture, driving personal and collective success. Our goal is for everyone on our platform to feel seen, valued, and heard. Through each masterclass, we aim to reach more people, shining a spotlight on under-represented and under-discussed areas that need and deserve attention. Our holistic approach to health, wellbeing, and workplace performance is designed to build sustainable, high-performance cultures where personal development and professional excellence flourish together once again. To our Humans - October masterclasses are now live! Book in via the app 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 HumanOS 🌅 #corporatewellness #employeewellbeing #healthoptimisation #healthtech #masterclasses #workshops #coaching

For far too long now, there has been a large focus on ‘best practices’ and their adoption as the necessary condition for achieving success. It is time for leaders to think outside the building their organizations operate in. However, just following best practices leaves little scope for innovation or extraordinary results. The urge to stick with best practices in any business is completely understandable since it brings about assured results, it gives little chance to the leaders to bring their personal touch and disrupt the set pattern in order to achieve greater results. So why next practices over best practices? Best practices are lagging behind change and many are outdated. Has anyone written the new policies and procedures manual? There has never been a greater need to move on to ‘next practices’ in order to fight the constantly emerging troubles. What distinguishes next practices from best practices is that while next practices are future driven, best practices are past driven. Adoption of next practices requires you to get rid of repetitive formulas and anticipate the future situations using your business acumen. Today anyone opening a company should be concerned with carving out their niche of next practices to not only protect themselves but their human capital. How to build next practices? Bringing about a transformation would need you to go past the status quo while adding a fresh point of view and breaking the rigid structures that were once the driver. Leaders need to listen carefully to those below them for designing these next practices. Start by looking at behavior models, policies and performance techniques. Leaders must consider educating their people, especially on mental wellness through psychological safety training. How much worse does it have to get before you do something about maintaining talent, attracting new talent and creating a culture that people want to work in. The most effective next practices come from the top not the bottom. One of the biggest blunders that you can make while coming up with new practices is to omit a metric that would measure its impact and effectiveness. The key to a successful set of next practices is robust collaboration and communication among all the stakeholders. The diversity of inputs plays a key role in formulating the best next practices. Why doesn’t your boss give a shit about you? And when should you get them to show interest in you? If you don’t speak up you will be ignored. Workplaces are full of stories of the qualified and diligent employee who consistently delivers results but is consistently overlooked for promotion, training etc. So, what should you do? The answer is: it depends. Check out the video for the high-level strategy. #StandOutAtWork #OfficeAchiever #WorkplaceSuccess #ShineAtWork #ProfessionalGrowth #ImpressYourBoss #CareerClimber #OfficeStar

100% Agree.. Your approach must be based on the culture of the organisation & also your bosses. Same approach may not work in every organisation you work & with every boss you work with. Your life will be very tough if you associate with the 2nd group & you will look for new opportunities or even quit the job without anything.

Are the choices you have made consistent with the decision the company makes about where to invest its resources? Are they reflected in the topics of meetings? Are they clearly represented among the performance expectations of your employees? If not, you are demonstrating good intention, but a lack of commitment. #LetsBeClear #focusedmanagementpro #orghealth #strategy

Going with a new approach, one video I'll be going over the employer side and educating there the other side I'll talk from the employees side when going over wellness. Think it's more balanced and have something for everyone to learn. So here's the first from the employees side. Will keep up with the double posts/ business day from here on out. #employeewellnessprogram #wellnessprogram #employeebenefits https://lnkd.in/eMZxrg6s
