I'm excited to share that Fauna Connections, the annual Faunalytics virtual symposium that I co-organize, is now open for registration! On September 19th, this day-long virtual research symposium — kicked off by our outstanding keynote speaker Ignacia Uribe R. — will cover 13 presentations over three critical areas: 1. Regional Advocacy: what are pressing issues for the animal protection movement in different continents? 2. Small-Bodied Animals: how can we help chickens, fishes, shrimps, and octopuses? 3. Strengthening the Movement: what are the big-picture strategic decisions we should be thinking about now?
