Unlocking the full potential of oil and gas reservoirs requires a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to drilling operations. This section will explore the key elements of integrated drilling studies, highlighting the importance of collaboration across diverse technical disciplines. I got to know these disciplines directly in the development of my degree thesis to qualify for the title of Petroleum Engineer, with the methodology of the old PDVSA, they had an admirable multidisciplinary team, and throughout the development of my career working with interdisciplinary teams has been a enriching experience.

Surely it is the need for the current times but learning the skills Quote: We can learn quickly… as mentioned needs hands on exposure on the ground which requires many other add ons like physical fitness, completing a few mandatory courses etc. Not sure how this will be achieved before encouraging knowledge transfer unless the learning has already been achieved earlier?
