Festival Holidays Federal/Provincial Governments: 12 days annually (Sindh allows 14 days). Maternity Leave Sindh: 16 weeks. Balochistan: 14 weeks. Punjab, KPK, Islamabad: 12 weeks. Paternity Leave Punjab: 7 days. Iddat Leave All provinces: 4 months and 10 days. Other Leaves (as per company policies) Wedding Leave: Typically 7–14 days. Birthday Leave: Allowed by some MNCs for 2–3 kids annually. Hajj/Umrah/Ziarat Leave: Paid leave often granted after 2–3 years of service.
