Employee exit is the final leg of the employee life cycle in a #company, yet it often doesn’t receive the attention it deserves. You’ll often see great posts on LinkedIn about employees joining or onboarding, but rarely do you hear about how exceptional their #exit process was. In my view, among all the pillars of a #successful exit process, clear and transparent communication and thorough documentation stand out as supremely important. This point was driven home even more powerfully when I came across this news story from The Guardian (which I’ll share in the comments).
