The rational is most important of all is to people understand what coaching is not because that really sets the expectations, that coaching is about understanding that the person has a lot of resources and people and the experiences that can can be unlocked versus being mentored versus being explained what to do. There is also the other element that is emotional, which is um at the start of the coaching journey, uh even before choosing and matching the coaches. Um if, if the person to meet the coach and is very much like any relationship, there might be chemistry or not, there might be a resonance uh and the style of the coach might serve very well, the coaching or not, the experience of the coach might serve the coach a lot, a lot or not. So that discovery a journey, do not rush it, do not jump it. That's quite important in any coaching process. And again, uh doesn't it might be that in some cases, a senior executive wants a coach that has his active experience or might be someone that actually prefers someone that doesn't have that experience, but has a sense of curiosity, a sense of connection and is able to bring clarity on even something that they don't, aren't, they aren't expert about.
