What's the best way to handle the "tell me about yourself" interview question? These are my thoughts. This is a common interview question, and it might be used to start off the interview. It’s not the opportunity for small talk, and it’s not a request for personal information. (You can do a little small talk about the weather at the beginning of the interview.)
