2dSimply perfectly written, but...! As you will be able to read in the new controlling journal 'controlling-paper' from January 15, there has been a lack of the necessary methodology and the appropriate IT solution to effectively implement modern corporate controlling, directly interlinked with effective corporate management. The main reasons for this lay in the major weaknesses and errors of traditional cost and performance accounting. With the previous approaches, neither realistic corporate controlling nor an efficient early warning and monitoring system was possible. Similarly, sufficient costing quality remained unattainable and the global competitive comparisons that are absolutely necessary today were already theoretically impossible. Another decisive weakness was the previous lack of standardized performance and competitive indicators. In addition, the central cost driver 'capacity utilization' has not been taken into account to date, which immediately represents a K-O. criterion. Experts are aware of these challenges. However, we offer the answer to these problems with a unique combination of methodology and IT solutions. https://valueforce.de/blog.html https://valueforce.de/Videobibliothek.html f.[email protected]
