Another wonderful social, this time courtesy of Migrateful - a wonderful social enterprise that supports migrants and refugees integrate into the UK. And at the core - FOOD. You cook together and then eat together - two of my very favourite things. Ninsiima was star of the show, not only for being the person to suggest it but as my partner in making Manti. If you don't know what they are, it's hundreds of tiny dumplings, made using 1mm dough rolled out into about the size of a stamp and wrapped around some mincemeat....
What a brilliant idea! I totally agree with you, Oliver. There is nothing quite as joyful as cooking together and eating together. That’s what Christmas is all about, in my opinion. Amazing Migrateful brings people Christmas all year round!!
