Fund distribution is always a challenge, as funds need to be SOLD to investors. It is really good to have a centralized party to bridge the fund house and the distributors, saving a lot of cost in terms of infrastructure, documentation and standardisation. This is what we called the sub distribution model. Hope HKEX can setup the infrastructure which will benefit the industry.
