19hWhy is Parks Victoria seriously restricting rock climbing at Mount Arapiles? This is a blatant misuse of power. Beurocratic over reach. I first climbed at Mount Arapiles in the 1970s and although my age now prevents me from climbing I am very annoyed that Parks Victoria is preventing young people from enjoying the same adventures. Rock Climbers are conservationists, they love and respect the great outdoors.
