When teaching product managers to newcomers and novices, where do you start? This topic is one of my favorites because I've been training product managers for a decade now. I love applying my discovery skills to the educational experience itself. And I recently got a chance to do so, as Product Science Group is just wrapping up a 10-week private course on Product Management Fundamentals for an enterprise client. Shout out to Greg Fraser, Alex Vaughn, and Dina Levitan for their contributions to the course! So in honor of that, this newsletter is all about the foundations. We've got articles from Saeed K., Adam Thomas, Marty Cagan, and Shreyas Doshi, and a brief reflection on Agile 2024. Link is in the comments. Feel free to DM me to be added to the newsletter list!
