Nothing cheers up a Monday quite like hanging out with a few hundred amazing business leaders who all run on EOS! Thanks to John Herman, John Bessler, Kevin Rains, Jon Fox and the rest of the team who organized “We Run on EOS.” A fantastic day filled with content and connections. Here are a few of my favorite tidbits: - Create “recipe cards” for your processes to give the guidelines without making them overly complex (or boring!) - One hat per head. Are your best leaders wearing too many hats? - The best leadership teams have “Vulnerability based trust”. Are your teams holding back? - Be fanatical about resolution. Don’t let issues linger. - If you are an external processor who has to speak out loud to form your ideas (I’m the problem, it’s me 🙋🏼♀️), be sure to leave enough space for your internal processors to contribute. - True accountability means you have ownership at all levels, predictable results, and open and honest communication. - Find people who have “Batteries Included” Chad Kolde, CPA, CFE Brian Antenucci, CFA Bartlett Wealth Management EOS Worldwide

Thank you for modeling what a growth mindset looks like, Holly, and sharing a few of your takeaways! Thrilled and honored to see you, Brian, and Chad at the event and to have Bartlett Wealth Management as a sponsor. Today's event felt like a step change for the EOS ecosystem in our city! 👊

Using video, I help amplify your brand, supercharge your recruitment, safeguard your team, boost your sales, and empower your employees with knowledge.
3wThis was a great event! I loved the people with “batteries included” concept. Two of my top takeaways: 1) You probably need EOS if “everyone’s busy but you’re not improving.” 2) The #1 cause of a company’s greatness is a strong leadership team.
