At the end of the first day of collaborating on the #coreoperationalexcellence program, we put our latest cohort of participants into small groups to reflect on their top insights from day 1 along with opportunities and actions - the results were astounding. All this from a handful of pragmatic frameworks that deliver regardless of industry, organisation, function, or level: Systems thinking, prioritising customer requirements, business excellence, critical thinking and a realistic process simulation ("Hey, this is just like my business!!") ... with so much more to come. We know these leaders will engage their team in the learning to amplify and sustain the benefits for everyone (customer, business, team). We can't wait to see what they achieve over the next 7 months of their COE journey. It will be challenging but that is when meaningful learning and change happens.
