Hi to all of you :-), Don´t know if you have seen this, but I have been asked by my company to offer some of my ideas and thoughts into "predictive analysis" from an internal (HR) perspective. When working with employee surveys, employee listening etc. we have the ability to do cross analysis which helps our businesses. According to HR.com's 'State of People Analytics 2023-2024' report, only 22% of organizations indicated that they are very or extremely effective at designing and implementing processes to get the most out of people analytics. While this is unfortunate, it is not surprising. To get the benefits of People Analytics, organizations need to work to embed data into their HR processes. This often means updating processes and always means providing training to HR and any other stakeholders that will be using data to inform people decisions.
