Incredible Ancient India (Bharat Sanatan - WHY IT SURVIVES !) : The concept of divinity in Indian traditions is too sophisticated for Western (Abrahamic) Intellectuals' understanding. 1. For the sake of simplicity, let’s call it “The Unknowable”, something that is beyond human comprehension. But you can access it. We have the keys. And it is that knowledge which makes us immortal. 2. On Indian symbology with a question: Is the human mind a monkey? Does it jump from thought to thought, seemingly without your control? Does news, especially about something significant, spread rapidly across the land, often around the globe, even without modern technology? 3. How long has a cow served the needs of humanity? Why do you call a company that generates significant profits a cash “cow”? Which “cow” does humanity “milk” to sustain itself, without which we’ll all be dead? 4. And what’s so special about an elephant? Why is it so often associated with intellect and memory? And are these things that you need to “believe”, or are these facts, even if intangible? #Indonordicassociation(dot)org Indo Nordic Strategic Association, India

Arthur Schopenhauer (1819) begins his magnum opus, "The World as Will and Representation," with the profound claim that he aims to convey a 'single thought' throughout his book and sets forth some essential demands for thoroughly understanding his work. Schopenhauer acknowledges that the person best prepared to grasp his ideas is one who possesses a deep knowledge of the Upanishads. He explicitly states that his insights are derived entirely from the Upanishads, making it clear that his work should not be seen as an original creation but as a transmission of ancient wisdom. The Renaissance of the 15th century in Europe marked the revival of classical Greek and Roman art, lasting approximately 30 years. While Europe was still emerging from the Middle Ages, India was under Mughal rule, which later transitioned to British colonial rule in 1858. India gained independence in 1947 and has become one of the world's superpowers in just 78 years—a testament to the unity and resilience of a billion people working together as 'One'. Despite this remarkable progress, there is a growing concern about the increasing hatred and racism towards Indians globally. This is particularly troubling given that Indians, especially Hindus, are known for their non-violent, respectful, and secular ethos. Hinduism, a religion that has always advocated for respect and love, is being misrepresented and vilified, and there seems to be a lack of a unified voice against this prejudice. This project aims to be that missing unified voice that contemporary India needs. The pursuit of truth, as exemplified by the ancient Indian seers, is the path to redemption or 'moksha.' The Vedanta philosophy, which intrigued and comforted great minds like Schopenhauer, Kant, Ludwig Wittgenstein, Sigmund Freud, Friedrich Nietzsche, Joseph Campbell, and J.D. Salinger, holds the key to addressing this challenge. These thinkers recognized the profound value of Sanskrit literature, and I believe that the Western media's misrepresentation of this 'Indestructible Indian Spirit' needs to be countered. In our current era of increasing global unrest, Schopenhauer's belief in the potential of Sanskrit literature to influence the world more deeply than Greek literature did during the Renaissance becomes ever more relevant. This project will focus on researching and publishing works on Indic literature, with a particular emphasis on Vedanta philosophy, the cornerstone of all Indian philosophical and religious thought. While the West has eagerly translated and disseminated these texts, it has often failed to grasp their true knowledge—a knowledge that is particularly valuable today. By applying the agenda-setting theory, I will identify and address the deeply rooted issues within Indian society. Using the ancient wisdom of Vedanta, I aim to inspire a billion people to realize their true nature, fulfilling the vision that Schopenhauer, 'the great pessimist', so eloquently but incompletely articulated.

Sanatana Dharma has many unfathomable facets that are beyond the comprehension of our present day intellect. Our intellect today is limited by the knowledge that we acquire & retain in this life, as an individual. Thus, life & it’s experiences need to be seen through the collective wisdom of mankind accumulated over eons. That collection in India ie #IndicWisdom is called Sastra / Shastra. ——— Even, LOGIC is limited to our understanding of what is possible for us. We fail to see that MAGIC is sheer logic to a magician 🫣 What is superstition could be a process for which we don’t know the ‘how.’ This doesn’t mean that there is no superstitious acts in India. Without doubt , there are… At the same time we need to give permission to ourselves, to inquire with an open mind. It can start with usage of a simple - ‘maybe.’ Like how an actor transforms as the character played; when one is immersed in Sadhana, a few possibilities are there. One could either exhibit the characteristics of the object of worship like a needle exhibiting the qualities of a magnet. Else one could be a witness to what one of our alumni has shared (kindly read the carousel). Here the alumni due to their attitude of Sharanagati (surrender) experienced the presence of Bhagawan, even unasked for. ——— Vishnu Puranam describes BHAGAWAN as the one who has 6 qualities aiśvaryasya samagrasya vīryasya yaśasaḥ śriyaḥ jñānavairāgyayoś caiva ṣaṇṇāṃ bhaga itīraṇā (Bhagawan is) The one who is in unlimited possession of wealth, strength, fame, beauty, knowledge and renunciation. Through that presence (of Annapurna), the alumni is transformed beyond recognition, within & out. They got the benefit of experiencing the 6 qualities in a measure that they wouldn’t have otherwise imagined or expected. Maybe our time is round the corner. Let’s keep up our Sadhana & Sharanagati 🙏🏼 Jai ma 🦋

Sanatan Dharma, commonly referred to as Hinduism, is experiencing notable growth in Africa, but its historical connections to the continent run much deeper than recent developments. Though often overlooked, ancient African civilizations share a spiritual and cultural heritage linked to Sanatan values. Some scholars argue that parts of Africa were originally influenced by Hindu culture, and ancient Hindu texts suggest historical ties between the Indian subcontinent and Africa. In antiquity, trade routes between India and Africa facilitated not just the exchange of goods but also cultural and religious ideas. Evidence from ancient texts like the "Periplus of the Erythraean Sea" documents the interactions between Indian traders and East African civilizations, which led to the exchange of spiritual concepts, symbols, and practices. Some historians also suggest that the ancient African belief systems bear striking similarities to Hindu cosmology and rituals, indicating a possible connection between early African spirituality and Sanatan Dharma. Many African tribes, particularly in regions like Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, still retain practices that resemble Vedic traditions, from fire worship to reverence for natural forces. Additionally, the Swahili coast has a rich history of interaction with Indian civilization, and several Hindu temples in East Africa were built centuries ago, serving as a testament to these ancient ties. In modern times, Africa is witnessing a quiet but significant resurgence in Hinduism, not only through Indian diaspora communities but also through indigenous African converts. This trend reflects a broader transformation as Africans seek spiritual paths that align with their traditional values. Countries like South Africa, Kenya, and Mauritius have vibrant Hindu communities, and there is growing interest in Vedic philosophy among native Africans. The future of Africa’s spiritual landscape could see an increasing embrace of Sanatan Dharma, as its universal principles of harmony, non-violence, and reverence for all life resonate with the continent’s deep-rooted traditions. While Africa may not become a "Hindu country" in the political sense, the rising influence of Sanatan Dharma is undeniable and reflects a shared spiritual history that many are rediscovering today. #innovation #management #digitalmarketing #technology #creativity #marketing #futurism #motivation #socialentrepreneurship #business #inspiration #India #Africa
