As a security expert, I have been receiving the questions from friends and colleagues, 🙋♂️ "Why did you study organizational change and leadership?" We all can understand that the only constant is change. 👍 Based on my experience at Apple, Facebook, and Google, I can safely attest to that understanding. I can also attest that the security landscape changes faster than others. Whether it's a natural disaster 🔥, political uprising 🚨, or a pandemic 😷 security professionals are constantly pivoting in response to a change in an operating environment.
