See, this is how they negotiate in court like a vegetable market. Love is not the most important factor for marriage in this kalyug. #India #court #laws

1. A society where individuals are not treated equal, the governance steps in and makes law to try to neutralize and equalize. Dowry laws, caste based reservations to name a couple. They get old. 2. We have a fundamental problem of not questioning old laws, rituals and practices. We are too damn slow in changing and too damn scared to question. 3. There will always be a bunch that exploits laws, be it reservations, be it dowry, be it high profile industrialists exploiting loop-holes to evade taxes, no system is full proof and a handful of people exploiting the system does not become basis for taking away justice from remaining 90%. 4. But when we see more exploitation and less alignment, it is already too late and the laws should change YESTERDAY ! 5. This is not to say, gender discrimination has vanished. IT HAS NOT. But laws should be revised and sheer stupid rules should just be eradicated like plague.

Few ladies have made it as business I belong to lawyer family and I came to know always that few ladies apply false cases, then they take benefit of 498A this girl might have someone else in life and she thought easy way apply 498A and take 40 lakh and go with another boy... Such ladies should be punished hard... ask them to earn 40 lakh on their own. Agree few people are not good , they treat their wife or daughter in law badly, then it can be asked but simply asking alimony by divorcing in a month is a game. We talk about women and men equality so women should also be punished like men if they are doing crime and such cleverness of spoiling men's life.

This is not a court, it is extortion center where judges threten husband to give money wife is asking otherwise go to jail. They don’t questioned wife why she is asking so much money. Legal Terroism run by judges. Apart from this corruption in judiciary at top level. Sabka bata hua share. Jese hi case aata hai sabki jeebh bahar aa jati. Police, advocate, mediater cells, women cell, family court judges, and all low level employees. Everyone sitting to take money from husband. This extortion industry is very big. Why would they will change the law.

"Love is not the most important factor for marriage in this kalyug. " Kalyug or any other yug, I thought in our system, still predominantly arranged marriage, love if at all presumably came after years of marriage. We are more the "What's love got to do with it ...." (Tina Turner) types.
