Hillary Super’s Post

My thoughts on Victoria’s Secret & Co.’s Q3 results: strong, optimistic, and grateful. We exceeded expectations this quarter with strength across all major categories and brands driven by customers' enthusiastic response to new product launches and events like the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, the relaunch of VSX, PINK Friday, and excitement heading into holiday. I’m particularly optimistic because these results were powered by emotional products she loves and brand storytelling that resonates. There’s so much opportunity ahead as we continue to place our customers at the heart of everything we do, prioritize product innovation, and build brand heat. Of course, none of this would be possible without the incredible dedication and hard work of our VS&Co associates—from our stores to our global home offices and distribution centers. Thank you for all you do!

Hillary, a question I have for the brand is: Is there anything stopping VS&Co from releasing products the consumer is demanding - in turn maximizing quarterly results? I’ve seen so much online discourse with hundreds of thousands of likes and comments from legacy VS/PINK consumers, demanding repackaged early 2010’s era VS PINK styles — to which I strongly agree! Sequined to oblivion, obnoxious neons, owning the activewear bottoms market, and the beloved Pink Pup plastered on hoodies and sweats alike — SO iconic! Food for thought 💭 Congratulations on Q3! 🥳

A 13% stock bounce and up 62% this year...wow the turnaround is really gaining steam. Well done!

It feels great for the brand to bring back the icons and make more new faces hopefully the next set of Angels even though I do not know if the contract still exists. It gave people like me such nostalgia because we have seen the show growing up and for a bit I missed the caldendars and occassions and the Show obviously as well as the gorgeous faces that worked so hard. Be it the supermodels or the people running the show behind, really happy to see VS get its bounce back. Victoria’s Secret & Co.

Ms Super, your leadership saved the company’s reputation, you are a retail hero
