𝑫𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 is the key process for individual as well as for organisations too. 𝖲𝗍𝖾𝗉𝗁𝖾𝗇 𝖼𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗒 rightly said that we are not the product of our circumstances but the product of our own decisions. If we are considering Organisations, Growth and success of the organisations depends on the 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 with right time and one more important thing which is mainly skipped or ignored and that is involvement of Right Team members. Sharing Information and 𝑰𝒏𝒗𝒐𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 both are different thing and will give unprecedented results. In any organisation there will be a pattern for decision making process and if not there should be. Every decision making process is non-identical and require separate knowledge, experience and various prospectives with the involvement of team. If we involve Team member in decision making process the main benefit is that they feel connected and then the decision will become the decision of team not only remain the information passed from management. After that the value and intensity of effort for that task will be unpredictable. Management has to only involve the core team members in this, then rest of the employees will be taken care by the Core team, In Contrary to the same, if team members not feel involved firstly they felt disengaged and then they only do the work as they have to do without connection. Now we have question that we are making many decisions but in which we have to involve team members and in which management can take decisions itself. For that I recommend to use ” ‘Vroom-Yetton-Jago Decision Model’ for this effective decision making process. In this model there are few questions with different scenario which we have to check before making any decision and it help to make it better.
