Construction is progressing on site at Paradise, where B&K Structures are delivering the cross laminated timber and glulam feature columns on behalf of Gilbert-Ash and Bywater Properties. This track-side view shows the structural timber elements - designed and delivered by the BKS team - starting to take shape. When complete the full-scale timber project will provide six-storeys and 63,250 sq ft of visionary new commercial space in London. Paradise – like its name suggests – has been designed to create happy and healthy workspaces. Timber has been selected to blend in with the local landscape, and for its low carbon and biophilic benefits.
