Today we held Unilever’s Investor Event – a valuable opportunity to spend time with our shareholders. We talked through the progress we are making against our Growth Action Plan – including what we’ve achieved over the last 12 months – and shared our refreshed purpose, ambition, strategic priorities and value creation model as we look ahead to 2030 and beyond. It all builds very directly on the existing strengths of the business and on the clear progress we have made to date. Our Growth Action Plan 2030 – which is based on three strategic pillars: focus, excel and accelerate – will help us to achieve our goal to deliver best-in-class performance with market-making, unmissably superior brands. And – through our new purpose ‘to brighten everyday life for all’ – we are focused on delighting our consumers by making the lives of people around the world more joyful, convenient, efficient, and sustainable. We will be ending 2024 with a better operational grip, a stronger organisation, a sharper portfolio and positive momentum. We’re making good progress, but there is still much to do. The next few years will be challenging for markets everywhere, but with the right purpose, strategic choices and priorities, we will be making the necessary big shifts to continue to deliver consistent, higher performance and unlock Unilever's potential. Ancien cadre d'une multinationale dans une filiale française pendant 8 ans , j'ai eu la chance de me désaliener en quittant ce groupe.
