ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL Really getting to know what your client wants rather than what you think they need is key to building a strong rapport. I’ve learned that. Sometimes although they might need it and what you have to offer is great, it’s just not the right time. Learn about your client as well as their business and what they really want from you right now. #hrconsultant #sme #leadership #outsourcedhr

Running three locations was tough. This is what I learned: 1. Become a better leader. Teach your crew leadership too because you can't do everything. 2. Create clear systems and processes. Write out exactly how to do each task, so it will leave no room for confusion. With stronger leadership and straightforward systems, you can hold your team accountable. It will allow your business to run smoothly when you're not there. Want to learn more? Follow us on YouTube: @andrewscott9329 #RestaurantOwner #Leadership #LevelUp
