But I craved more. Not more money - more freedom. 🌍 Wanderlust took me to 49 countries (and counting), igniting a passion for cultural diversity and understanding. I love to observe and experience. I even got to live in a few of these countries. 🏢 In Dubai, about 18 years ago, I founded my own training company to empower others, driven by the strong belief that each and every one of us is capable of doing a lot more than they think they can. 💰 Challenges came in 2008, just after I opened my business. I faced a significant setback through the financial crisis, losing all of my savings. The only good thing was there was only one way forward, and luckily resilience, some really good clients, and a level of humility fueled my determination to move on. 🏆 Learning from the obstacles, I still made it work. I got even recognized as one of the top 100 SMEs in Dubai. I achieved milestones such as meeting His Highness Sheikh Mohammed or having years of $1M+ in revenue. 💡Today, my journey is about more than success. It’s been 365 days since I started a new chapter of my life and moved to Dubai. Now I call this place my new home. Looking back, it feels like just yesterday when I was a young dreamer. I still remember back in 2020, I used to write a dream journal. One of the dreams I wrote was... "Visit Dubai" Little did I know, soon it would become reality. It might sound obvious - but so many (myself included 🙋🏼♀️) … jump into working for themselves because they know they’re really good at what they do ~ and can help so many people… but if you can’t attract clients ~ you have no biz.
