Sat across from 3 more powerful women leaders during a panel discussion Here's what happened… I shared the stage with Avni Barman, Achina Mayya and Harnidh Kaur, and a room packed with young enthusiastic minds. We got real about everything - from content creation to startup and women in tech. One of the most interesting discussions was about the pivoting at the right time and having the risk appetite. The best question came about juggling content creation with ALTRD. It's definitely not easy but when you have a great team working with you, it's infact the most fun part of the day. When you love helping people grow, it doesn't feel like work at all. Here's what I really want you to know: Start. Just start. You just need 10 seconds of courage. And the more you take action, the more confident you'll become. ----- With endless possibilities with AI, we're missing genuine human connections and relationships. Thanks Avni Barman for having us and thanks to everyone who came to hear us talk!

Reflecting on a pretty special day this time last week, where we ran a Women in Tech hackathon with 40 fantastic female minds both in and outside of PA Consulting focused on not just innovating against the impactful challenge space of financial health and inclusion for vulnerable people using AI products, but also celebrating and keeping front of mind the importance of diversity in STEM. Some seriously impressive concepts coming out of the day and so excited to see this supportive community continue to grow 👏 🙏 PS so many thanks to give to those involved (too many to list) but particularly: 🏆 Ada, the National College for Digital Skills for hosting us - shout out to Ana Montague-Nelson and Pandora Harrison for all your support 🏆All those who took part and got stuck in from Vanguard, the Financial Ombudsmen, department for business and trade, FCA and ministry of justice 🏆our fantastic panellists Amy Finn, Donald Cameron, Sam Tunney and Rachael Greaves 🏆our brilliant judges who joined us from Kimberley-Clark, Nationwide and Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service 🏆last but definitely not least, PA’s fantastic Women in Tech team (a great big thanks to Poppy H. in particular 🌟) as well as Tom Day and Jiten Kachhela for unwavering allyship and support 💪 Can’t wait for what’s in store for 2025! #womenintech #diversityandinclusion #hackathon #STEM #financialinclusion #accessibility

Dear friends. We are trying to get more visibility to female founders of tech firms. These are women who fought all odds to create their tech ventures. If you know a woman who has climbed the Founder mountain - let's give them a shout out. Ideally, some of our trade journal reporter friends might want to celebrate these hearty warriors too. I'll start - shoutouts to: Diane deCordova - Founder of Adelaide Linda M. Holliday - Founder of Citia Stephanie Ogé - Founder of Mixmix - a process platform for creative design for fashion industry Amy Williams of Good-Loop Lets get these brave founders some support because women founders tend to be the invisible CEOs. (P.S. - As much as we celebrate female leaders at adtech firms - this list of just of female founder who created their own tech venture.)
