Welcoming your thoughts and feelings is a profound practice of self-love and acceptance. 🤍✨🤍 At its core, it means embracing all aspects of your inner experience without judgment or resistance. Recognizing that thoughts and emotions are just temporary states—passing like clouds in the sky—is key to this process. They arise and fade, but they do not define who you are. You are the observer behind them, not the thoughts and feelings themselves. ✨ By observing your inner world with awareness, you create space between yourself and the emotions or thoughts that surface. This awareness allows you to see them for what they are: fleeting mental and emotional experiences. When you resist these thoughts or feelings, you often strengthen their grip on you, leading to frustration, anxiety, or inner turmoil.
