Haley joined our team in 2011 as a Customer Service Officer. Over the years, she embraced opportunities to lead centre teams when needed and then became a Centre Manager. Recently, Haley received our award for Centre Manager of the Year for her incredible contribution and the way she supports her team and clients. Haley says, “I’ve always strived to do more. Being a leader is not something I had ever contemplated but I’m thoroughly enjoying it now I’m here. I think having a good mindset is key. My team has a good mindset about being successful. Being present and visible in my centres is very important to me. I also wouldn’t ask anyone to do something I haven’t done or would not be prepared to do. I think those are both key for building respect.” Congratulations Haley!
