This past May, I concluded a three-year journey across two cities, earning a Master’s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA in Health Care Management from The Wharton School. A few highlights include: - Exploring how to make Medicaid work better and drive equitable outcomes, via coursework in health policy and delivery and internships at MassHealth, Acumen America’s Medicaid Innovation Collaborative, and Social Finance - Rethinking what it means to be an effective leader via Professor Ronald Heifetz’s Adaptive Leadership courses, a Wharton Leadership Venture to summit Cerro El Plomo in Chile, and late night discussions with friends - Indulging in silliness and type 2 fun - from leading a costumed fun run of Boston’s Freedom Trail, to (poorly) playing recreational hockey, to frigid camping expeditions, and even a recent half marathon reunion trip in Monterey, CA - Building countless incredible friendships and connections along the way My heart is full of unwavering gratitude - especially to my fiancé, Sandeep Siva, and my family - for their endless support and encouragement, which has meant the world. Sandeep and I have since moved back to Chicago, where I restarted at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) last month. After three years on the East Coast, I am excited to embrace my Midwest roots while helping healthcare organizations and Medicaid programs transform the way they operate and deliver care. Please feel free to reach out if you’re in the Chicago area!
