𝑮𝒊𝒇𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑯𝒐𝒑𝒆: 𝑨 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑶𝒖𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 pt. 1 I joined our amazing Outreach team for a ride-along to see what a typical day looks like as they traverse the streets of San Antonio to reach and serve those most in need. As the leading housing provider for the homeless in San Antonio, we engage with those with nowhere else to turn, offering them hope, dignity, and a chance to rebuild their lives. The impact of our Street Outreach team is undeniable. In the past year, we connected with more than 600 individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness and successfully moved 309 people to shelter. By building trust and offering critical support, our outreach workers become a lifeline for those struggling to survive on the streets. Many of these individuals may never have found the help they needed without Haven’s outreach team.
