Back in February, alongside Mariane Heidingsfelder and Masihuddin Mohammed, we launched the SAP4Pandora Community initiative to drive SAP excellence across our digital and technology department 🌟 Reflecting on our journey, here are some key insights that have shaped our success: 🤝 Getting support from key leaders was crucial, giving our initiative the push it needed. 🎯 We focused on making every piece of content really count, rather than overwhelming with too much. 💡 Making topics come alive with demos and real-world use cases got everyone interested and showed how valuable SAP can be. 📊 Using data to see how we're doing helps us improve and make sure we're on track. To date, we average 80-100 participants per event and our members rate our community 8.5/10. In a sea of communities, our journey with SAP4Pandora stands out as a testament to focused effort and strategic planning.
