Agree or Disagree? I think people see what they want to see, like the blinds touching elephants in a room. Being idealistic by focusing only on positives while ignoring other noises vs. being realistic or pessimistic by being aware of unfairness… The key is that both are the right perspectives, just different societal visions. We know that we want diverse perspectives to lead the innovative echo system. I want to add one more thing—developing a holistic view to reconcile those perspectives. #innovation #difference #diversity #innovativeechosystem
