“You don’t become what you want, you become what you believe”. I won a gold award 🥇as a top sales performer in 1 of the top Pharma MNC but I wasn’t happy. In fact it was an award that required 2 years consistent year-on-year record-breaking results to qualify (multi-millions of deals. Any miss even if it’s by RM100, means to start all over again- painful journey🤣). Because it was such a high standard as usually it’s only won by high performer senior colleagues. 🥹And I wasn’t even on stage to receive it - the missed Cinderella moment. I was sad not because I didn’t get my moment of glamour. - - 🥹I was sad because it made me realise I never believe in myself. That I was worth it.. That even though I wasn’t as experienced as my colleagues back then that I was still good enough. I was told “I won’t last very long”in the profession when I first joined as I wasn’t the most entertaining, talkative, well-dressed, I was even teased for not putting on makeups. And so I believed it all. ⭕️ realised how we so easily believe in criticism instead of compliment ? 🏅 The thing is: if we don’t believe we are worth it, no one would. Not even the market. Everything else is just a feedback loop.. like a mirror 🪞 mirroring back to us .. 🌀 Fast forward today, it taught me to believe in possibilities even before things happen. I never believe I would be running my own business, even guiding other busines owners, sales professionals to grow sales.. but I told myself - I wouldn’t let myself fail or give up. Everything else can be learned. - - Do you have a story that taught you about believing in yourself? Share with me in the comment! Let’s make this a positive thread ☕️ - - Sharing this to remind you (because I know you already knew) “Believe it first to make it happen ✨ “ you’re absolutely worth it - all your heart desires! Don’t be the younger Steph who wouldn’t believe in her own capability to achieve and missed her 🥇 award. 🎖️ When all else fails, we have ourselves to count on. 🏅 Our actions match our level of beliefs. Our results in a way is the consequence of our belief. Let’s go 🏃♀️

Not having trust is stopping you from reaching your potential. One of the greatest realizations I've had recently is trust is everything. Your clients are not interested in being impressed, they want to know that they can trust you to show up when it gets hard. That you will be there when they're scared, and that you'll deliver on your promises. And remember, trust isn't built when things are great, real trust is built on how you show up when they're not. #Businesscoach #Clientgoal #Successcoach #Value #Trust #Motivation #Inspiration #Problemsolving #Businesscoach #MTB #Matthewpatez

When Anthony first approached me, he was exactly what a successful professional looked like on paper, yet he felt he wasn’t doing enough. Anthony was: Caught in a Cycle of Self-Brutality: Harshly judging his actions unless they met an unattainable standard of perfection, sparing others but not himself. Struggling with Self-Value: Unable to appreciate his accomplishments, always seeing them through a lens of what could have been better. Trapped in Confusion: The clarity he sought in his professional and personal life seemed just out of reach, leading to a cycle of dissatisfaction. Our journey together wasn't merely about altering his actions but profoundly transforming his perspective on achievement and self-worth. Here's how we charted Anthony's course to self-acceptance and clarity: Appreciating the Journey: Focusing on the small, yet significant, steps that lead to big achievements. Cultivating Transparency: Encouraging honesty with oneself to gain a clear understanding of progress and goals. Safe Spaces for Dialogue: Establishing environments where open, honest communication is not just encouraged but nurtured. Shifting the Focus: Moving away from ego-driven goals to align with his true values and aspirations. The Transformation: Today, Anthony's life is not defined by sales targets or accolades but by a profound sense of fulfillment and clarity. He values his progress and achievements without the need for them to be perfect. He has developed a: Transparent Outlook: Seeing his accomplishments for what they are, not what he previously thought they should be. Renewed Sense of Purpose: Aligned with his true self, beyond the superficial measures of success. This journey with Anthony showcases the remarkable shift that happens when you stop measuring your worth against an impossible standard and start appreciating the real, meaningful progress you make every day. If Anthony's story resonates with you and you're a Sales Leader ready to find fulfillment beyond the conventional measures of success. Schedule a call and let's talk or DM me "Ready" to start your transformation. Remember, the path to fulfillment and purpose is not only possible, but it's also waiting for you to take the first step. #HEADMentality

SAB दोगलापन HAI!! In the world of business and celebrity, there’s always a fine line between confidence and controversy. Ashneer Grover, known for his bold 'sigma' attitude, often gets attention for his unapologetic approach to success. But recently, even Salman Khan took a dig at him. In a candid moment, Salman pointed out: 'Maine aapko mere baare mein kehte huye suna hai kuch. Aapne kaha ki, 'Humne toh isko itne mein sign kardiya'. Uska figure bhi aapne galat de diya. Toh phir yeh doglapan kya hai?” (I heard you talking about me. You said, 'We have signed him for this much.' You also gave the wrong figures. So what is this double standard?) This exchange highlights a crucial point about choosing role models carefully. It’s not just about the hustle or bold attitude—it's also about integrity, transparency, and treating others with respect. While Grover’s sigma mindset can be seen as a symbol of independence and success, Salman's response serves as a reminder that true success is rooted in honesty and consistency, not just in hard-hitting statements or inflated numbers. When picking role models, focus on those who embody a balance of ambition, integrity, and respect for others. Success without ethics can be short-lived, and while it's okay to be bold, it’s equally important to stay grounded in your values. #SaturdaySynergy

I tossed out most of my to-do list last Friday. Why? Two reasons. 1) I'd felt a little sluggish the prior couple of days so I prioritized making sure I could do my client meetings effectively. 2) I had the last-minute chance to go have dinner with a couple of entrepreneur friends, Dan and Chad. Now, I'm a relationship person in general, but I felt this was a very important opportunity to seize for two reasons. 1) Chad doesn't live around here, so this was a one-shot deal. 2) Chad and I had not been getting along very well for a while. Usually, when we think about "networking" with our professional connections, we think positively. We dream of sharing business opportunities, helping someone get a job, or introducing a connection to a new client. None of those applied here. Chad and I have had some friction between us for the last few months. I'm not going to get into what it was about, because it's not important, but it was not anything major like an ethical breach or anything like that. We just got sideways. And I decided I didn't want to be sideways anymore. Neither did Chad. Dan, who lives in KC near me, was the dinner instigator. Because Dan wanted to organize this dinner, I got to catch up with both him and Chad. And Chad and I got to look each other in the face and say, "We're OK now." So, next time you're thinking about spending more time with people in your network, consider extending an olive brand to someone you feel a little bit crossways with. You might discover you are both more interested in supporting each other than nursing whatever tiff you had in the past. If you have a Chad situation in your life, I hope you can figure out a way to look them in the eye, talk, and be able to say, "We're good now" - and MEAN it - really soon. ------ Repost ♻️ if you found this helpful All my posts on one page at #workshouldfeelgood Click my name, follow me, and ring my 🔔 to get notified when I post. #careergrowth #jobsearch #careercoaching #leadership

Have you heard of the song - "It's the Climb"? As a kid, I often found solace and inspiration in Miley Cyrus's song, "The Climb." The lyrics spoke to me, echoing a journey filled with challenges, perseverance, and triumphs. Little did I know, this song would become a metaphor for my professional journey in IT Sales. Throughout my career, I've faced numerous hurdles, but just like the song says, "𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙛𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙄 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚, 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙗." This resonates deeply with my experience of helping clients navigate the complexities of the IT landscape to achieve their business goals. In IT Sales, the climb isn't always easy. There are peaks of success and valleys of setbacks. But the key to reaching the summit lies in the strength of the relationship between YOU as a Sales Professional and CLIENTS. Trust, collaboration, and a shared vision are essential in overcoming obstacles and driving growth. With years of learning and all kinds of experiences, I have put my all in the following key areas to drive business goals of my clients and revenue goals of my organization. 𝟭. 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀: By listening to and understanding my clients' unique challenges and goals, I've been able to tailor solutions that align perfectly with their business objectives. 𝟮. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁: Establishing a foundation of trust has enabled open communication and a partnership mentality, ensuring that we're in this journey together. 𝟯. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀: Through innovative strategies and relentless effort, I've helped clients not only meet but exceed their business targets, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. I vividly remember and resonate with the lyrics, "The struggles I'm facing, the chances I'm taking, sometimes might knock me down, but no, I'm not breaking." I strongly believe that together, with trust and determination, we can reaching new heights. If you're looking to transform your IT challenges into achievements, let's connect and start climbing together. 🏔️ #Sales #ITSales #ClientSuccess #Growth #Innovation #Trust #Collaboration #BusinessGoals #Inspiration #TheClimb #SalesLeadership #GrowWithAakriti

I recently did something scary and uncomfortable...Yet invaluable to my business. I invited a few trusted strategic partners into my world. I opened my and invited them into my how I operate my business from beginning to end. I invited them to point out my blind spots and offer constructive feedback. I’d like to highlight one recent and powerful experience. I asked one of the trusted advisors to join me on a several selling appointments with new clients and past clients re-engaging in additional consulting services. As we walked out of the last appointment, I was feeling great. The prospective client was all in and I was ready to celebrate. Yet as I turned to my associate, his reaction was different. After watching me present in several different contexts he saw a pattern. A pattern I was blind to because in all the cases the engagements signed. His feedback was simple, hard to hear, but powerful. “You need to wrap it up and learn to close better” As a person who has been presenting and selling my whole career, I was blind to the reality that I fail to recognize when the prospect is “bought in”. Takeaways - Find a group of ‘Whos” to do life and business with. - Invite them into you to those business areas that you hold sacred and ask for feedback. - Hold loosely to your feelings and lean into the observations. - When the opportunity presents, take the time to do it for another business owner on the journey One note of caution: Take time and be careful who you invite in. The best, are those that are in your shoes and can speak from experience. Have you invited someone into the sacred parts of your business operations? What was your experience like? #businesssuccessionpros #businessowner #Entreprenuer #consultativeselling #businessownerblindspot
