This option groups multiple orders and let's you save Rs. 5 for choosing this delivery option while increasing your time to delivery by 5 min. Also, gives you an added nudge to say that you are contributing to lowering pollution. It was an awesome #insurjo24 session by Anuj Rathi , the former VP Product of Swiggy and the current Chief Product and Growth of Jupiter. You can find the session notes below when I learnt about the importance of being Full Stack Product Manager. I have always wondered were my diverse experiences would fit in. This term gave me a breather. Not to mention the efforts taken by the Swiggy team to bring the Swiggy One and the Swiggy Lite Membership plan in to existence. Had to admit I cringed to know that I am one among the category users (ie. The Dormant Users / Users who never used swiggy) and there was even a plan to bring people like me to use the product more 😡 . On the other hand one of my family member was a Swiggy Afficiando. 😋 Well I have to say I found the restaurant prices were usually cheaper even after all the discounts. Not to mention ordering and taking food directly from the restaurant was more time saving when compared to going through 10s of restaurants , 100s of items, add to cart , applying the discount, dropping (after being shocked by the price) and restarting the whole process with new cart (because I chose another restaurant) for another half an hour. 🤣 Wish there was something simple rather than getting me into information paralysis. :) Thumbs up if you also felt the same. #insurjowithtpf The Product Folks #productmanagement #fullstackpm

How much an delivery agent can earn from #blinkit , Instamart , zepto ? 15-30 k ?? what if I tell you few clever mind earning 1.5-2 lac per month ? simple process make id on swiggy food / swiggy Instamart and do work for 2-3 days and after that go offline for few days . login again company will offer 80-100 rs per order instead of 15-20 rs per order and it can goes upto many a days . one delivery agent using many other id of friends and family so onboarding won't be an issue why swiggy ( after interacting with delivery partner ) doing because they need more riders as tough competition for rider from other players so few smart delivery agent earning more then category manager of any quick commerce 🙂 Desi always rocks 😂

Swiggy knows WHEN you usually eat biryani and WHEN you usually eat idlis. They also analyze the hotels thoroughly. For ex: A Hotel is preparing flour for 100 idlis and preparing 100 biryanis daily. They incorporate this data into their system. Let's say on Friday evening, there are only 30 idlis left in a place where 100 idlis are usually sold. The owner doesn't know this, but Swiggy does. The owner will see an option from Swiggy stating - "are you throwing out the remaining idlis or selling them to me for a better rate?" They will also push an ad offering idlis for a cheaper rate. Customers won't hesitate to place an order immediately. What are your thoughts on the role of data in modern business operations? #manispeaksmoney

How about Swiggy using unique different sounds for each of the notifications? Be it Instamart or food delivery. I usually get 4 notifications for Instamart from them of an order. They are as follows- 1️⃣Order confirmation 2️⃣Order pickup 3️⃣Order arriving at your location 4️⃣Order delivered For food delivery they stand as follows - 1️⃣Order confirmation 2️⃣Rider partner getting assigned 3️⃣ Rider partner reaching the restaurant 4️⃣Order pickup by partner 5️⃣Order arriving at your location 6️⃣Order delivered I won't always be in a position to see notifications but to make me aware, they can use different set of sounds for each of these notifications so that even without looking at the screen I know what is the status of my order. The easier they make it for the users, the more they will feel delighted and more chances of extensive repeat purchases. What are your thoughts?
