It was very interesting to discuss with Mr. Anoop Verma, Editor, ETGovernment for their Digital India Leadership Series and thanking Anoop ji and his team for the opportunity. I appreciate the thought provoking questions and shared some of my views for T-Works going forward such as: 1. Extensive Industry Consultation for future machinery purchases. 2. Some of the planned Success Parameters: i. T-Works to develop much-needed own IP especially as I believe that India should become a nation of intellectual property creators and not just service providers. ii. Translational R&D - R&D for benefit of society. iii. Creation of brand for "Make in Telangana" - T-Works Logo & Govt. of Telangana logo to be on products being used by society. iv. Creation of Prototyping Specialists. 3. Contributing to India's Manufacturing Initiatives: i. Supporting manufacturing companies and startups. ii. Creating specialised resources who are trained on-ground. 4. Scaling T-Works. 5. Connecting startups and companies to hardware-focussed venture capitalists / investors. 6. Helping services-provided organisations to become manufacturers by encouraging tie-ups with IP-owning companies through technology transfer/sharing.
