Imposter syndrome is a common struggle for many professionals. Seeking support from a coach or therapist can also be beneficial in overcoming these feelings of inadequacy.

Hannah, imposter syndrome is a common issue that many people face, and it's important to address the beliefs that fuel these feelings. I'm curious to hear more about the strategies you recommend for challenging the imposter complex. Have you found certain techniques to be particularly effective in your work with clients? Thanks.
