Hamoud has been struggling with smallpox, just like many other Palestinian children in Gaza who are living in displacement and unsanitary conditions. These children face not only the trauma of violence but also the devastating impact of diseases that thrive in overcrowded, unhygienic shelters. Hamoud is already seeking medical attention, and we hope for his speedy recovery. He didn’t make it to the Gaza Soup Kitchen yesterday, but today, despite his condition, he stopped by to receive his favorite cup of hot beverage from our photographer, Abood, who has become his new best friend. It's a small moment of comfort amidst the chaos, but it reminds us of the resilience and spirit of these children, who continue to show up, even in the face of unimaginable hardship. Believe it or not, tjere are thise voices that are enjoying seeing kids like Hamoud suffer.
this is becoming insane - we have to stop the israelis before they destroy the planet - pleple need to act againsthem with all they have - eveything must fight against this hell now
الله يشفيه شفاءً لا يغادر سقما
